If you google “famous manifestos” you’ll come up with some rock stars. Click on “10 Famous Manifestos” and you’ll find the ones we should all know – the Ten Commandments, the Declaration of Independence, and Dr. Martin Luther King’s I Have a Dream speech. I also recommend taking a minute to click on “10 Insanely Awesome Inspirational Manifestos” (if only to see if the article lives up to its name).
I’m a woman. Sometimes, I even think of myself as a kickass woman. I certainly am blessed to have crossed paths with other kickass women who have made me better. And, I have the joy of raising two kickass women-in-the-making.
For all the kickass women, wannabe kickass women, kickass women-in-the-making, and those of you who are courageous enough to love and encourage us, I am pleased to share The Kickass Woman’s Manifesto for Sparklicious Living. It’s not my original work – I’m just sharing. What can I say, I see good and I try to spread it around.
I am strong. I am worthy. I am beautiful. I am imperfect. I am me. It takes courage to say and it takes courage to be, but much like A Woman’s Place, I act bravely and boldly, not withstanding fear.
BE COURAGEOUS AND EMBRACE THE KICKASS WOMAN!
Courage: A Woman’s Place acts bravely and boldly, notwithstanding fear.*
